My sister-in-law logged on to Twitter for the first time in 6 years, saw that I called the Gallaghers a pair of "fucking cunts", and now I'm not invited to fly to Canada to see my brother's family.

I don't like Oasis.

I enjoyed Simon Price on the reunion...

And he's right! I really wish Neil Kulkarni was with us.

The only thing worse than the actual reunion tour is the people gatekeeping the reunion tour.

Being forced back to TwitX for wrestling takes with this place out of commission, I've seen about a million "I'm not missing out on Oasis tickets so [girl' name, age under 30] from [invariably somewhere in Greater Manchester for some reason] can hear [shitty Oasis song, mostly Wonderwall but not always] live" posts.

Really hope they all missed out & Sinead, 23 from Prestwich has a lovely time (despite her awful taste in music).

Thought this was absolutely pathetic to be honest, especially the bit where he tries to upmanship them on his working class background. Absolute toss, a genuinely shit piece of writing. Just say you don't like Oasis like the rest do and get on with it.

I loved Kulkarni though.

I always preferred Pulp and Manics, but I admit a fondness for Don't Look Back In Anger due to associated memories of a family holiday to Skegness (well, Ingoldmells, we were too poor for Skeggy).

Hark at Judith Chalmers here trying to pretend he was slumming it. Ingoldmells is well posh compared to Skegvegas, mind you Gaza City is posh compared to Skegness.

One thing I would have been plenty guilty of in my youth, but have long since completely grown out of, is music snobbery. Oasis reforming has brought out the absolute worst of it. Going out of your way to tell the world you're too good to listen to Oasis? Fuck off you tedious cunts.

I loved Oasis as a teen but kind of grew out of them I suppose.  I still love and listen to a lot of music I liked as a teen but I now find Liam's vocals really grate on me. I preferred Oasis over Blur growing up but prefer would Blur now. The modern cult of Oasis, I just don't get. Both Liam and Noel (Liam more so) come across as completely unlikeable and as they have disappeared up their own arses, the music has got worse.

If you never liked Oasis, or more daringly, thought they were boring, it is VITALLY important that you keep your gob shut in case some knob on Twitter thinks that you're crushing their joy. What a load of shit.
