Paid Members BomberPat Posted April 16 Paid Members Share Posted April 16 (edited) REITA of Japanese band The GazettE. They were a huge Visual Kei act, which is - to over-simplify it - a kind of Japanese equivalent to glam rock and hair metal, taken to ridiculous extremes. He was 42. My ex was a huge fan of theirs. Not long after we broke up she went to Japan on her own to go to one of their shows, and owned a shitload of expensive fancy limited and deluxe edition import vinyl and whatnot, so I've been around their music a lot, and this came out of nowhere, as far as I can tell. Chili
Vincent Friell from Trainspotting, Still Game but more importantly he was in Restless Natives, which is absolutely skill and has a proper top soundtrack. https://www.thenational.scot/news/24256639.restless-natives-actor-vincent-friell-died-aged-64/
Just Some Guy
Leeson O'Keefe from London-Irish punk band Neck. He was a larger than life character who left some decent music behind.
Just Some Guy
Either the Grim Reaper is getting lazy or we've stopped noticing. Best selling author C J Sansom has snuffed it. I was totally hooked by the early Shardlake books and Just Some Girl recommends his alt history books like Dominion. It's a real shame as the Disney adaptation of Shardlake is about to start.
