There has been no formal announcement yet, but TNA has tied up their new US tv deal with AMC. Home of the Walking Dead and Anne Rice adaptations. As well as old more prestige offerings Breaking Bad and Mad Men.

Staying on Thursdays going by the debut date.

Harder to quantify, it's between 30th and 40th in terms of audience, but given the number of US channels available I don't know how you would equate that. They do have a reach of 60 million viewers in theory. How many of them will watch TNA however, is probably a small percentage of that reach.
