I think this is actually the most likely thing he'll do. They're announcing him to garner interest in him maybe coming in for Mania, but I'd be stunned given where the show is taking place if it's anything but the announcement for next year.

The funniest possible outcome would be Rock/Punk, only it's not the main event.

Rock coming back to make sure Punk doesn't get a Mania main event or to announce he's going in the Hall of Fame meaning HHH is no longer the star attraction would be very very funny. Either of those scenarios would be brilliant.

As it is I assume he just announces where next year's Wrestlemania is, maybe gives a midcard heel a rock bottom and promotes his booze. The usual shite.

Possible but I doubt H would have committed to it given (a) he was trying to juggle Cody, Reigns and imminent Dwayne at the time and (b) you can’t be sure how long you will get at a time out of Phil due to drama and/or him being made of plasticine.
