I was in two minds about buying these. I don’t mind garlic in things, but the thought of a garlic-flavoured crisp seems a bit odd. But I’ll maybe give them a go based on your write-up.

Good crisp… but warning, you need to really like garlic.

Bought myself some Dill flavour Polski crisps, and yeah they taste just like pickle water in dust form. Would buy again but I'd need to really be in the mood for them.

Oppss Chicken flavour stixy 

Lots to admire about these North Macedonia crisps. It's a bit hip hop, talking about opps and MC Robin, the tag line "Take eat easy", the brilliantly cheap graphics, all good. 

Very, VERY salty, and lose a point as stick form, while being fine, is unpourable into mouth as risk of choking. 6/10

Herr's Honey BBQ

Really not a fan of honey or BBQ flavored crisps, but these were fine. The cat really enjoyed these (she likes to lick them but cats have small organs so not too much salt for her, the tiny idiot) 5/10

Couple of other random packs still left in there which may get lost in the shuffle as we move into Christmas crisp season. My heart is already racing.

Not bad. A bit salty, and mostly the taste of cumin, with a slightly hummusy tang of chickpeas. Not wowed by it though.

I was addicted to these about fifteen years ago, then my local mini-mart stopped stocking them, to my horror - and I have never found them again since, even via googling (because I couldn't remember the brand name), until yesterday evening, at another local. I am overjoyed.

The garlic flavour is not overpowering, and the crunch is lovely.

The new Exceptional By Asda crisps. I tried one of the Christmas flavours and was suitably impressed, so I tried other flavours. My intention was to review them all but let’s keep it simple ; every one I’ve had has been great. If they’re only £1 a bag in your Asda like in mine, try them.

Special mention DOES need to go to the Beef Wellington ones, not a flavour I’d typically think “I bet that’s nice.” While I didn’t really get the pastry or mushroom flavours the blurb promised, I did get one of the richest savoury flavours I’ve had in a crisp, most I’ve enjoyed a new crisp in a while.

Other flavours tried and endorsed : Turkey Christmas Dinner, Pigs In Blankets, Roast Chicken & Thyme, Steak & Peppercorn. I have yet try sea salt & Chardonnay vinegar, sweet chilli or the mushroom & garlic ones, and fuck off am I trying the Camembert ones.

These M&S ones are absolutely shit. No different to anything you've ever had before. 2/10

These Tesco ones are superb. Theyre so heavy and dense, great with any tip of cream based dip. 9/10

Can't remember whether I've had these Beef and Mustard ones before (likely I have) and while they're ridged, which obviously brings their overall value down, they're really nice. 7/10

OK, we need to shift big time in to Christmas crisp mode now, no more sneaky packs of Monster Munch or Discos, there's work to be done.

I'm a big fan of the M&S Roast Chicken and Garlic Butter crisps. Really good, so those Turkey ones are probably a good shout for me tbh.

I agree on those Tesco tortillas. Closest things I've had to the mythical Kettle Tortillas of the early 2000's that they jibbed off after a couple of years only to return in the 2010's with a much inferior crisp.

Didn’t take a picture but had some lays subway teriyaki crips at the weekend, they were delicious! Tasted just like the subway saice! £1.99 for a big bag from the corner shop, would recommend.

@SuperBacon those Tesco tortilla chips are great with a decent salsa or guacamole too. Fantastic dippers. Have been part of my Tesco delivery lately. 

They are on Tesco clubcard ATM too, so a £1 a bag.

I wish I'd taken some pics but was in Chinatown yesterday and some of the weird and wonderful crisps and flavours were immense. I wish I'd bought the crispy fish skin crisps though....
