I had no idea who the cast were going to be but as soon as the came out yesterday I just knew they’d pick Richard as a traitor, he seems the obvious choice. What wasn’t obvious was how he’d just confess to being a traitor at the first time of asking! With that said, I really don’t think they’ll vote for him or accuse him at the round table. I’m looking forward to seeing Ross Kemp get more and more paranoid each episode, other contestants should keep giving him things to hold to wind him up. Loving this season already!

New Found Glory have been one of my all time favourites since I got into to pop punk. Devastating news, I know he’s been battling cancer for a few years now but it still sucks

Not watched all of the main card yet but fuck me Sharaf just landed one of the most satisfying punches in UFC history. That was beautiful!

Just seen Tom Aspinall has vacated the title and is still not cleared to fight. Sad news for Tom, seems such a nice guy and has had such shit luck with his run. Hopefully he comes back healthy and wins the belt back.
