Can’t for the life of me imagine why anyone would watch a whole show of him, let alone possibly subscribe to watch it on a streaming service. I think if you take away personal feelings about that Goldbridge clown, it's a sensible acquisition in any business. I do think it's an error to legitimise him, or to be more precise, to drag Rooney down to his level. Leave him doing his rage bait stuff that you've bought him for. Keep The Overlap stuff classy (ish). No doubt it will prove to be a decent business decision, I guess I was thinking more about Neville's reputation and that of The Overlap brand. There's a degree of legitimacy to their content that erodes as soon as you associate with rage-bait YouTubers. Mind you, opinion of Gary Neville amongst a lot of United fans is at an all-time low these days, there are many that absolutely hate him, so I guess this just accelerates that process. Quote
