Â Pre season training for Rugby starts on Wednesday, so I'm currently eating pretty much nothing and just taking on liquids. Just the odd morsel until I get back down to my former toned 15st. That's wy i've cut out most food, because then I'm still able to drink and not get too fat, and I'm also smoking more to suppress hunger. I need to get in decent shape as Openside is my position of choice, although if I don't get super fit I may well end up on the Blind.
