You could have a 2 minute backstage segment between him and Gillberg, with the latter explaining his impersonation came as a result of his admiration and longing to be Goldberg. Later, Brock drags Gillberg from backstage and beats the piss out of him, challenging Goldberg to come and be the hero, to save this vulnerable fucker, and then they can brawl to see RAW off the air. You've met both the objectives. Brock looks like a mean fucker everybody wants to lose, and Goldberg is being the hero he returned to be.  Sorted.
