Paid Members Sergio Mendacious Posted January 11, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted January 11, 2016 God, what must his missus think of him? He already can't put his own socks on, and he looks like he stinks, and he will only shell out for christmas decorations, and to top it all of, his hands probably smell like a fetid wank the whole time from him needing relief from his fevered diva fantasies. Fucking Ralphus getting $78,000!! Â What the fuck? Rick Steiner on $750,000 in 2000 as well. The same as they were paying Scotty who was the vastly superior of the two by that point. I'm guessing that's because they must've signed a multi-year contract when they came back in as a team in 1996, right?

Paid Members Kaz Hayashi Posted January 13, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted January 13, 2016 Half of the nitro girls were earning between 40-50k and half were on 15k, bet thought caused a bit of tension. With them being under contract were they allowed to work elsewhere? Not specifically wrestling, but professional dancing, clubs, etc?

Both Steiners signed contract extensions in late 1998, when they were feuding with each other.

Paid Members Egg Shen Posted January 14, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted January 14, 2016 (edited) just watched the old Hogan/Bossman Steel Cage match from Saturday Night's Main Event and got thinking about the old blue steel cage.  What was the point of the door? The whole point of saying you can win by either climbing over the top or going through the door was just weird, did anyone ever actually win by going through the door? why would anyone actually climb over the top when they could just walk out of the cage? I guess it's more a heel type tactic to simply walk out but when a face has his opponent down it just defies logic to attempt to climb out of the cage rather than walk out.  I still love them old school matches though  Edited January 14, 2016 by Ebb

Paid Members Egg Shen Posted January 14, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted January 14, 2016 Well that makes sense, but why not padlock it shut (as they did in later years) and have the only way to win be by going over the top?
