Made all the worse by the fact that Val Venis had already had a a similar unsubtle one years earlier (although in fairness it was befitting his character)

Those achievements are pathetic. Host of two things that have nothing to do with anything. Member of the worst main-event faction in the company's history.

I don't think she's unworthy. By the standards of the women already in the Hall Of Fame, Stephanie was a very good talker, was involved in some memorable angles and moments at the height of the company's last boom period, was a reasonably good authority figure in the early 2000s, albeit at a time when the company was declining steeply and has served the company well in a background role for a long time. She has highly questionable morals, if she has any at all, but she's certainly not an outlier in their HOF. That shirt is a terrible explanation of her contribution though. Would have been better off saying "once got hit in the head with a bin".
