I've ordered a simple AEW and a classic nWo shirt off Temu. Will be interesting to see sizing and quality when it arrives compared to usual outlets.

Genuinely intrigued to know how they turn out

Speaking as someone who works in the printed clothing industry, most providers from the bottom to the top use the same basics for retail, a Fruit of the Loom “Super Premium” or Gildan 64000 with a DTG print. I’ll never forget buying a Sasha Banks T at a WWE show and it being identical (aside from a woven tag) to what the bootleggers would get in, in terms of garment and print. The 64000 being the entry level t-shirt at the centre of the “$90 dollar Kanye t-shirt costs $2 to make” scandal couple of years ago. Occasionally you might get a 2000 or a 5000 which are heavier weight cotton but rarely.

As an aside, I had a chuckle to myself looking at ringer stock the other day. Of the small (3-4) brands that still supply a ringer to the printers market, several non-niche size/colourway combos (like white & black in Large) have no expected replenishment until September or October. Still not a priority to manufacturers years after peak covid, but I believe it’s actually still down to CM Punk. Obviously.

Ive tried a couple of shirts from Temu (non wrestling), 1 was actually pretty good, the other was a shocker. Let us know how they turn out.

OK So the nWo one is pretty nice. Polyester and spandex mix so a slightly strange texture to it, but hey at about £9 it's pretty darn good.

AEW one is 100% polyester rather than cotton but not the end of the world.

Quality for price is pretty good to be honest and I'm not disappointed at all. Would definitely consider ordering more from Temu.

After my recent(ish) diagnosis, I decided to combine that with something that’s been with me the whole journey, and rip off one of wrestling’s most iconic tees. Class? Shit? Who cares.

May try to get it screen printed in the future

This unfortunately isn't available in print but somebody on Reddit has made these badass Hangman designs. Given the state of their current merch, AEW should 100% get this guy on the books!

The biggest problem AEW's merch has for me, aside from the sheer amount they churn out is similar to WWF/Es is  often.. They rarely make a t-shirt that you'd want to wear as a wrestling fan, that in of itself looks like a good shirt o wear. Loved the spray paint inner circle, naturally the punk, and the Owen hart, but they rarely inspire me to want to buy one. The best t-shirt is something that looks like it could have almost has nothing to do with wrestling. We really peaked with Austin 3:16, DX and nWo for me being notable joined few and fare.

Whilst I love the angle that T-shirt does certainly not pass the would I dare wear this wrestling T-shirt in public test. It's moving far more into people thinking I am a nutter type thing.

It’s not a great look, is it? Most non fans won’t have an immediate answer for “why is that bloke wearing a T-shirt of a bleeding woman?”

I loved my “Little Miss Bliss” T-shirts with various Alexa Bliss “damaged doll” designs aesthetically but couldn’t help the feeling I looked like a nonce wearing them to anything other than wrestling.
