LONDON, UK – June 15, 2026 – All Elite Wrestling today announced a partnership with The Last Match: A Pro-Wrestling Rock Experience, a groundbreaking new live entertainment event set to premiere in London’s West End this fall. This partnership marks the first time a major wrestling company has stepped into the world of original musical theatre.

Opening in the heart of London’s West End, AEW Presents The Last Match: A Pro Wrestling Rock Experience will transform a historic 52,000 square ft venue near Tottenham Court Road into an immersive wrestling and rock-and-roll wonderland, creating one of the most unique live entertainment experiences ever staged in the United Kingdom.

Designed for audiences of all ages and part West End rock musical, immersive theatrical experience and professional wrestling phenomenon, AEW Presents The Last Match: A Pro Wrestling Rock Experience is set against the backdrop of one wrestler’s final pay-per-view event. The production combines an original 1980s-inspired rock score, powerful theatrical storytelling, larger-than-life characters that audiences will cheer for and world-class professional wrestling into a one-of-a-kind entertainment experience that features unforgettable songs, emotional performances, romance, comedy and spectacle, while telling the universal experience of retirement, legacy, love, family and finding the courage to leave your life’s work behind with your head held high. Whether you’ve attended hundreds of wrestling events or have never seen a single match, fans in attendance will be able to follow every moment of the story.

“On behalf of AEW, we are thrilled to collaborate with The Last Match: A Pro Wrestling Rock Experience in London this fall,” said AEW CEO, GM and Head of Creative Tony Khan. “This marks an incredible opportunity to partner All Elite Wrestling with an established theatrical production, showcase AEW stars during select performances and further expand our footprint in the London market.”

“AEW Presents The Last Match: A Pro Wrestling Rock Experience is a West End rock musical that happens to take place in the world of professional wrestling,” said Jeremiah James, Director, Lead Producer, and one of the creators. “I am deeply grateful to Tony Khan and everyone at All Elite Wrestling for believing in this project and embracing a creative risk that has never been attempted before. Together, we’re helping to innovate a new form of live entertainment.”

“One of the things that drew me to AEW Presents The Last Match: A Pro Wrestling Rock Experience is that no two performances will ever be exactly alike,” said Executive Producer Frank Licari,  “The story, music, and characters remain the same, but the live wrestling element creates opportunities for surprises, special guests, and moments that can only happen in that room on that night.”

Unlike most West End productions, AEW Presents The Last Match: A Pro Wrestling Rock Experience will actively encourage audiences to capture photos, videos and share their experience on social media in real time.

AEW Presents The Last Match: A Pro Wrestling Rock Experience is directed under a vision years in the making by Jeremiah James, who previously starred in the acclaimed 2008 West End revival of Carousel at London’s Savoy Theatre and Executive Produced by Frank Licari, an Emmy-nominated producer whose work spans film, television, documentaries, and live entertainment. Also serving as Executive Producer and Wrestling Consultant is Chavo Guerrero, whose credits outside the ring include Margo’s Got Money Troubles, The Iron Claw, GLOW, and numerous film and television productions where he has served as wrestling coordinator, performer, stunt professional, and creative consultant. In addition, Book and lyrics are by Jason Huza, with Book, music, and additional lyrics by Sylvana Joyce and C. Robert Smith. Tatevik Hunanyan serves as Associate Director, with Bull James serving as wrestling booker alongside associate wrestling booker, Brandon Scott.

Each performance will include a preshow interactive wrestling experience, inviting fans to explore multiple wrestling-themed installations and exhibits before the main event. Tickets range from £30 to £80, with premium VIP experiences available as optional add-ons.

Additional casting announcements, partnership news, and ticketing information will be released in the coming weeks. For information about AEW appearances and ticket opportunities, fans can register to become an AEW insider by visiting allelitewrestling.com/aew-insider.

Venue not explicitly mentioned but if it's near TCR I imagine Here at Outernet is possibly a shout, which would be cracking.

They should also do something at Outernet for All In. I feel like a wrestling company could do something really fun there, some good photo ops, good publicity. I say that as someone whose daughters love Outernet, so its pretty much just for us

Soho Place is directly opposite and an actual theatre venue. Outernet seem to have an area underground which I wasn’t aware of which could potentially house it as well. Simon Miller performed in it on the second run of shows. Matt Cardona did the first. With AEW involved hopefully we get RJ City and Clark Conners.

Will's made it really difficult to give a shit about him winning at "home", from being the worst of the worst Banter Lads to the insincere dreams of wrestling at Wembley when he's already done it before, I feel like he's hardly actually mentioned the title.

Yep, as I said in the Forbidden Door thread I'm just genuinely confused about if I'm supposed to feel happy for him or not, given the context.

When they started the whole angle I thought it was going to be a (fairly clever, actually) kayfabe explanation for why his in ring style had changed post injury. But no, he's still wrestling the same as ever, just occasionally using a flying armbar (but very rarely to actually win).

It's funny, 2 years ago Will Ospreay just felt so white hot in AEW in general we were all debating if there was any possible way they'd be able to hold off to Wembley in 2026 to crown him. Now here we are and it feels like they're actively trying to cool him off still.

I feel like he's holding off on mentioning the title because him and MJF are being kept apart; I suspect that's the next story - Will as the anointed next champion, but there's a line of people in front of him to get title shots at MJF first, and while in the past Ospreay was happy to step aside and let Hangman have his shot, now he's more focused on himself. Somewhere in there I expect he will break away from the Death Riders before All In, but I've literally never been right about the Death Riders before, so I wouldn't put money on that.

I mentioned this in the Forbidden Door thread but it might get more traction here

the booking of Osprey at the moment is all over the place and even in this match he came across as a heel at certain points.
Which got me thinking - everything seems to be pointing to Osprey taking the title at All In, but what if he turns into a full blown heel at the end? And going All In as it were with the Death Riders.
For all the talk of it being a dream to be the first Englishman to win a World title in England etc, and if they are putting the belt on Omega at Redemption next month, having Osprey so desperate to achieve this “dream” of winning the World title at Wembley, what if he does so by doing so by any means necessary (insert NoD gif here) and doing so over someone who’s been a foe and a friend at different times.

@Merzbow mentioned about how it looked as though the Death Riders were close to binning Mox off a few months back only for the angle to get dropped- They could go that route, perhaps even do it as aA double turn? Have Mox try and stop Will from battering Omega only for the group to turn on Mox in the process?

I don’t know, I just feel as though they need some kind of heavy/big heat angle to show where they’re going next with things rather than the show just ends with Will winning and some fireworks go off.

Probably won’t happen, but I’d way more interested in Osprey as a heel than a face

I just can't see Osprey turning in London, I think they'll want to recreate some of that magic from Danielson winning but I do feel like they are over-egging it.

I was enjoying what they were doing with the Death Riders before, the subtle looks between them and it building to the inevitable turn for Mox. For them to scrap that, you would assume (hope?) they have something better planned, I'm intrigued to see what it is, as so far I'm confused as the rest of you about where this is heading.

Couple of big moments on tonight's Dynamite that only further the intrigue with Will and Kenny. Does Max lose his title before Redemption? Does Kenny get/need help to won? Do we get a schmoz finish leading to a Redemption rematch? Looking forward to seeing which way they go but WHERE IS HANGMAN ADAM PAGE!!! He may be the guy I was most looking forward to seeing at Wembley and his return adds extra layers to the main event, that is if he even returns before All In.

I think they will want All In to end with the happy feel good moment of Ospreay winning the title at Wembley.

The Dynamite after though? I could totally see Ospreay becoming the new leader of the Death Riders and going heel, kicking Moxley out in the process.
