Tim Healys Chutney Spoon Posted July 16 Posted July 16 Based on recent things on TV and TKs insistence on putting as many people on a show as possible, I can easily see this being made for Wembley Bang Bang Gang, C&C v Death Riders & Dogs in Stadium Stampede. Quite a few layers in there to unpick, especially between Christian and Jay White. Quote
The King of Old School Posted July 16 Posted July 16 (edited) I think it's more likely to be Bang Bang Gang vs The Death Riders in a 5 on 5 Stadium Stampede. Not sure who would be the 5th person on TBBG team though. I think C&C face The Young Bucks for the tag titles at Wembley. The Dogs should be nowhere near, maybe have them go for the Trio's on the pre show or something. Edited July 16 by The King of Old School Quote
Paid Members Statto Posted July 16 Paid Members Posted July 16 (edited) Only watched the opening segment of Dynamite so far but came out of it imagining a 7-on-7 thing, probably a tag rather than any kind of gimmick match, but in the "get everyone possible on the show" tradition: Dog Riders (Finlay, Connors, Kidd, Claudio, Pac, Yuta, Garcia) vs Bang Bang Gang (White, Gunns, Ace, Juice) and two more guys who get worked into the storyline (probably a proper AEW tag team but wouldn't be shocked if some NJPW guys with Bullet Club connections get inserted) Still think the tag titles will be a TLC (ladder match in name) of C&C vs the Bucks into which FTR (who are on the Rev Pro show the night before, right?) and New Day get inserted on the night in some sort of play off the "there's a mystery team" thing they did with the Hardys and New Day at Wrestlemania years ago. Edit: I've said inserted a lot, haven't I? Edited July 16 by Statto Insertion on the brain clearly. Quote

Chili Posted July 16 Posted July 16 God I hope they really call them The Dog Riders and have Moxley trying to hard man that name. Quote

Paid Members BomberPat Posted July 16 Paid Members Posted July 16 I assume the stuff with C&C and The Dogs will be done at Redemption. I can see something between the Dogs and Bang Bang Gang making it as far as Wembley, but I don't think it will be Stadium Stampede. I assume three-way ladder match between C&C, FTR and the Young Bucks, with the New Day debuting after the match to confront the Bucks. Quote

Massive pop at Wembley for surprise entry and face off against Claudio would be awesome Quote
Paid Members Statto Posted July 16 Paid Members Posted July 16 He did cross my mind for that, yeah. I think he's free right now and I do expect him at Wembley (even if it's a one and done in AEW) but in a Casino Gauntlet appearance. Quote
WyattSheepMask Posted July 16 Posted July 16 Yeah he changed his Twitter handle to his actual name a few days ago, so it would appear he’s already left. Quote

Yeah i get you but in the 87 v 87 match he woudlnt have to do too much, have the claudio face off for the pop and even score the pin. In a gauntlet match he would have to win or get pinned on his first match Quote
Paid Members Statto Posted July 16 Paid Members Posted July 16 Casino Gauntlet is like a Royal Rumble where first pin/submission wins the whole thing, mate. So he could be in it but not involved in the decision. Ricochet debuted in it 2 years ago and wasn't involved in the finish. Quote
Paid Members Statto Posted July 21 Paid Members Posted July 21 Sorry for double post (5 days apart) but there are some not garbage seats in the summer sale (which ends today I think) right now that I don't think were there a couple of days ago. Just bit on something in block 144 for roughly £100. Come join me in Club Wembley. Quote
WyattSheepMask Posted July 21 Posted July 21 God dam it, 144 or 101 was where I wanted to go in the first place but tickets for £460+ Still so many tickets on the pitch at silly prices though Quote
