Been on here since I'm guessing 2002. Discovered through the FWA forum. My first FWA show was October 2021, so it may have been around that time. Originally had a username "Heyyyyy" which came from, I think, the Fonz, which I think Foley mentioned in one of his first couple books. I have fond memories of getting the piss taken out of me because I made a post on my school computer about parent's evening, on parent's evening. Anyways, I have always lurked on here more than posting, but there is a real comfort to it still being here. Decided to make a new account, as my usage of this board kind of reflects my interest in wrestling. In the 90s/early 2000s, I was young and obsessed with it. Then for the vast majority of my life, I kept an eye on it, dipping in and out, checking out things that people were talking about. And then AEW came about, and it piqued my interest, and now I am more invested in wrestling than I have been in years, and I actually have thoughts to contribute. But the UKFF has always been a constant throughout my life, and genuinely, one of the most sane spaces for wrestling discussion on the internet. See you at the next anniversary

Yeah I cant make it to the cinema much these days, but 2 films I might have to make a trip for, this new Nathan Fielder, and the John Wilson History of Concrete

I only saw various stalls, a few along Wembley Way, then some inside. And I did see some bootleg stalls towards the end of Wembley Way, closer to the station, which feels right as I have many memories of going Wembley market in that same spot and buying bootleg CDs. They did have speakers playing some AEW themes which I thought was a nice touch

I think that the guy who makes those said they had sold out by Saturday, which is also annoying in itself

I know Will Opsreay has his detractors, and I definitely get it. But seeing my 5 year olds face lit up when he came out is something I will never forget. Great show that will be forever tied in with it being my 2 daughter's first show (not bad, mine was EWW Castled in Oxfordshire). Another highlight was Mistico coming. Being half Spanish, I should be teaching them more Spanish, but them knowing the words to Me Muero is lovely. Surprise Bryan Danielson entrance was great, the anticipation for New Level was very exciting, was happy to have a Sting appearance so my wife could say she's seen Sting live.

It is one of my go to shows to stick on once dinner is done with the kids and I am getting them ready for bed. They always want the girls to win (they were very happy when Joanna Page, or Doechi Pampam as they called her, won the last series), but there are points where they are very in to it. Proud dad moment when my 4 year old daughter said to me "are you going to put on Taskmaster or Joe Pera, I like them both."
