Cardona living his best life...."we just need to get Mania season out the way Matt, then we have BIG plans I promise"

Other couple of things...

Lesnar's legs look they could snap at any moment, just kick the guy in shins, easy win. God help him if he ever faces Orange Cassidy!

Also, in all my 43 years, I don't think I have ever had a "celeb crush", but I'd jeapordise my 20 year relationship and two kids for Liv Morgan, there is just something about her, I think it's the cheekyness...and she just seems the best in out of character interviews as well

Shame Jericho didn’t return in the same match they pulled out “Royce Keys.” They’d have had Keys & Grey.

One of the new NBA arenas (the place they did the Netflix premiere from, think Vegas) has them and you can do lightshows with them so obviously WWE want that as much as possible. Who cares if it looks like it's empty, as long as there's more LEDs.

It was the Intuit Dome in LA and I believe when they returned they didn't have them turned on because it was unpopular and distracting.

He’s 35, I cannot confirm who does or does not know.

Also his Grandfather was a Nerdluck, part of the team who famously lost that interplanetary basketball game against Michael Jordan’s team in the 90s. There was a documentary about it.

Also, I'm thinking the must be something more to Bianca Belair's absence than a broken knuckle. Shit, people have returned from broken necks in less time.

I'm not saying it's anything sinister just that she has been out, what, nearly a year, and she didn't return last night.

Montez hasn't been on TV for ages either. Could it be contract issue? Or do you reckon are they just holding her off until a Raw or something? It would seem logical, were she healthy and there were no issues, that she would have been there last night.

The Good - 7pm kick-off, Oba Femi, Sol Ruca.

The Bad - everything else.

If they weren't having Belair win, I can see why they may want to hold off on her return and make it mean more somewhere else.

It's a shame this wasn't great as WWE has been a lot better recently. Since SNME with Cenas last match the TV has been comsistent with some good shows and logical storytelling. It's why this Rumble was fairly anticipated, it being in Saudi aside.

On the surface it was fine, and they've set up their directions and stories for the next couple of months, so I think the TV should still be pretty good, but yeah this wasn't the best PPV.

WrestleMania with Drew/Cody/Fatu, Punk v Reigns, Oba v Brock, Breakker v Rollins, Finn v Dom and Liv v Vaquer is quite strong mind as your main matches.

Only watched the men's Rumble, which I thought had a few fun moments but was, overall, a bit shit.

The booking is just so fucking lazy. Like, why did El Grande Americano Original have to come out immediately after the imposter El Grande Americano? Why did Bronson Reed have to come out immediately after Austin Theory? Come on, guys.

Also, it took me on average a good five seconds to work out who was coming out next because the entrance music is so fucking bad these days. And why are we wasting a spot on The Miz in 2026? YEET Parties can fuck off, too.

I'm glad they kept it under an hour, at least. Did feel as though they were playing fast and loose with the timed intervals.

Highlight for me was my five-year-old son going 'Now, I always like to see THIS!' after Brock and Oba Femi squared up for the first time. Saying that, when I asked him who he wanted to see in the Rumble beforehand he replied 'Mark Henry, Big Show, Great Khali and Kane', so he certainly has a type.
