Flight into Terror when he sees his reflection (he's not supposed to know he's a priest!) followed by his stirring speech in gibberish (which is applauded!) is my favourite appearance of his. Uncle Frank is a brilliant minor character. In a film full of great lines "look what you did you little jerk" is the one that gets quoted the most in my household. That might say something a bit deeper about my family though than the film ... Edit: to @SuperBacon's nom - Stephen Root in anything where he shows up as a minor character is always scene stealing!
