Mr_Danger Posted January 9, 2025 Posted January 9, 2025 Aldi do big fuck off giant Oreo’s. Like the size of digestives. Bit much for me to be honest. Their fake sweetness is really exposed in giant form. Me and the lad polished off a box of Fox’s Viennese selection. For some ridiculous reason they don’t have the chocolate melts in the big pack. She found them in Co-Op. I've now had half the packet because I’m a greedy fat fuck and can confirm, they’re excellent. Quote
Dr. Alan Grant Posted January 10, 2025 Posted January 10, 2025 Those McVitie’s Gold Digestives were also in Iceland. They’re too good. I may have devoured half a pack in the time it took to write this post. Quote
Paid Members Carbomb Posted January 10, 2025 Paid Members Posted January 10, 2025 Gold Bars are fiendishly addictive. Their Billionaire's Wafer bars (or whatever exactly they're called) are ridiculous as well. This will finish me off. 22 hours ago, Thefatduck said: For gods sake. Where did you get them? Paid Members Arch Stanton Posted January 10, 2025 Paid Members Posted January 10, 2025 The Gold Digestives are good, but the white chocolate ones are my favourite. They are too addictive! None beat the classic milk chocolate Hob Nob though. Quote
Awards Moderator HarmonicGenerator Posted January 10, 2025 Awards Moderator Posted January 10, 2025 Needed to get some stuff for tonight’s tea so went to the Co-Op and another pack of the Gold digestives fell right into my hands and then accidentally scanned themselves on the self-checkout, honestly. Paid Members Dead Mike Posted June 10, 2025 Paid Members Posted June 10, 2025 My wife nipped into M&S yesterday and picked up these absolute beauties. I'm a sucker for anything almond or cherry bakewell flavoured and these didn't disappoint. Feel like I'm being being gaslit a little bit by M&S though. They're in exactly the same basic packaging as the Rich Tea & Bourbons, but are 'Almond Biscuits' a classic staple? I can't have missed them for this long? 8/10 though, heavily recommended. Quote
Paid Members Carbomb Posted June 10, 2025 Paid Members Posted June 10, 2025 Ooh, I should try and get myself some - along with chocolate, marzipan is one of my all-time favourite foodstuffs, so I love that almondy flavour. Quote

cobra_gordo Posted June 10, 2025 Posted June 10, 2025 Those M&S biscuits have become a staple in our office, think we've been through four or five packets in two weeks and we've all ended up buying some for ourselves to take home. Absolutely addictive. Quote
DavidB6937 Posted June 10, 2025 Posted June 10, 2025 M&S chocolate button shortbread is a drug to me. Quote
