Paid Members Up Chuck Posted March 7, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted March 7, 2013 They're still teaming up in Chikara. It's great! Aside from the fact that watching Jannetty throwing dropkicks is a bit skin-crawly when you know how fucked his ankles are.
Awards Moderator HarmonicGenerator Posted March 8, 2013 Awards Moderator Share Posted March 8, 2013 That's not really a random/weird/quirky photo though, is it? Â It's barely a photo, really. Â Although, it'd probably qualify for 'weird' if Vince tweeted back.
AshC
Now here's a quality short-term tag team, and one that hardly ever gets their dues. Â

truthofsin
 Some truly dodgy photoshopping here.  http://www.wwe.com/f/styles/photo_large/pu...182001_0005.jpg   Looks that way, but it's actually legit.. Fast forward to around 9mins in.  http://www.dailymotion.com/playlist/x5u91_.../1#video=x2u27e
Paid Members Statto Posted March 8, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted March 8, 2013 It makes sense in that I get why it's a draw... but it's funny in that it's not like anyone would recognise him anyway. Like, the mask would come off and it was Brian May leading a secret double life or something. Â If that recent BBC documentary is to be believed, at the time there was a fair bit of speculation around Britain's TV's on a Saturday afternoon that the reason Nagasaki wore the mask was that he was a prominent figure in another field who didn't want his wrestling secret getting out, possibly even a minor member of the Royal Family... Paid Members PunkStep Posted March 8, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted March 8, 2013 I love JBL, but he has got such a punchable face. Moreso considering he is buddying-up with Russell Howard that photo.
Richie Freebird
The Headbangerz have gone way up in the world since leaving the WWF behind. They are now tag team champions of the entire universe with these ultra prestigious belts... Â

I've heard Sir Peter Blake perpetuate this a few times, but never anyone else. Was this an actual rumour in the press at the time time or just someone buying into an announcer's kayfabe?
