I enjoyed the Wyatt Sicks as a tribute to Bray, but the act had a very limited shelf life and it had run its course. The great thing about releasing them together is that they can take it to the indies now. There's huge money to be made for them out there if they want it.

I hope AEW picks up some of the female releases. Kay Lee Ray would be a good addition, and Nikki Cross would add something to their roster too. I can’t really remember if Zoey Stark was any good.

My thoughts on the release list

Wyatts - Nikki inexplicably hadn’t wrestled for nearly 2 years, Gacy had a better gimmick in NXT amazingly and Howdy/Bo was always gonna have Bray’s shadow around him

Zoey Stark - cursed by injuries much like Nixon Newell and Charlie/Dakota

Alba Fyre/KLR - had a good thing going with Chelsea but always seemed pointless once Piper went down injured, she’ll be a good get for either ROH or will go back to the BritWrest scene

Andre Chase - wasn’t long for the world once the latest iteration of Chase U was broken up to move Uriah Conners to Birth Right

I always assumed they only employed this bloke because he did some behind-the-scenes training with the younger talent or something, because as an on-screen talent he was absolutely atrocious in every capacity.

Yeah he was there 5 years which is mad. Sounds like he was definitely meant more for an advisory/teaching role and the fans got him over to something more. Think he made the most of what he could all things considered.
