Buck, Daniels and Steel being involved in the brawl is probably the worst part of it. As producers/talent relations they're supposed to represent the office not the wrestlers, their job should be to diffuse these situations not bite people and throw chairs.

Something tells me they won;t be EVP's for much longer.

Depends, suspensions can be given to keep people apart during an investigation regardless of guilt. Bar old bites Ace who is likely gone, the others seem to Have been involved in the pull apart from what we know so far

Well if they did kick down the door, that's extremely unprofessional of The Bucks at least.

They spoke to the head of HR before they went there and took the head of talent relations with them. The kicking down if any door is largely debunked now

It’s worth saying that going with the head of talent relations doesn’t make them going any better, it just makes the head of talent relations a fucking idiot.

Under no circumstance was it going to be good advice to say ‘yeah, go see him.’

In the heat of moment, saying less and fucking off a bit is clearly the best option.

Anyone with any sense would have waited till the actual boss was finished and had the head of TR go to him. The stupidity of some of these people is quite something

Daniels is supposedly a bit shit at his job anyway, multiple people have said that talent relations was an absolute joke there. Did they recently hire Buck and Steel to help with that..?

Not sure about Steel (I assume Punk got him the job) but Buck and Sonjay Dutt were brought in to help with talent relations/producing and Tony Schiavone was promoted to help with talent relations. Daniels has been in talent relations from the start - he was one of it not the first person that the Young Bucks brought into the company. Sounds like he's rubbish at it.

It was straight after a big show where they were all knackered and adrenaline was pumping, and they'd just been called out publicly. In those circumstances a lot of people make stupid decisions.

So what? Stupid decisions when you're in a position of power have consequences
