“Going after” is two evps, head of legal/HR and talent relations going to speak to an employee, which by all accounts now he has an employee contract, to discuss a serous infraction that took place. This was business

Hang on, are you saying that the EVP positions actually carry some weight?

Curry Man is the "VP of talent relations"

Honestly it's always nice to know Daniels is still making a living in wrestling somewhere. He's the most consistently middle of the road solid but ultimately uninspiring hand seemingly since the dawn of time.

Didn’t he call it a day for a time and worked as a pirate at universal?

Not just any pirate. He was the Dennis Hopper character in their Waterworld show. I think leva Bates was Velma from Scooby Doo there as well.

If it’s true that they forced there way in to his room then Punk has a very good case to make doesn’t he? Of coarse he can take that as an act of aggression. The fact they took HR there and it still happened like that makes it worse not better. Obviously that falls apart if they just walked in casually.

Phil is just telling whatever tales now that The Elite aren't allowed to comment on the brawl and he's on his way out

The CM Punk's camp story in principle hasn't changed much. The Elite & Co forced their way in to his locker room. A confrontation happened.

The key difference between the days that followed All Out & the other day is the introduction of Illinois' Castle Doctrine and Larry getting hit by the door. Which just tells you that some lawyers are getting paid.

Even punks camp dismissed the door being forced in story soon after it. They switched to “ I punched them as believed they were punching me soon” which is pretty weak.
