Someone mentioned a similar, Microsoft-funded service went away, and Twitch are currently annoying streamers with DMCA takedowns and even bans over game audio.
Guest Posted November 15, 2020 Posted November 15, 2020 Twitch had market-leading brand awareness before Amazon bought it. Mixer never had that even with Microsoft's backing. It'll probably fall out of favour eventually but it's got a firmer footing than most.

Yes Twitch is basically the Google or Youtube in its field atm, even competing with it at this point is daft. Young people like watching people playing games and interacting with them, its going nowhere.
