I have zero interest for that as the Mania match. Doing Punk and Breakker in Jan suggests that won't be the Mania match, and it only removes any intrigue for it if they go that way. I’d hope they’d get the belt off Punk to get him in the Rumble, having him win but end up challenging Cody, giving long-term rival Seth Rollins a clean run at Breakker. Although I could easily see them running a Breakker/Punk/Rollins triple threat. Quote

Unless they have something else massively significant planned for him I can only see him in the title picture. Quote

Reigns/Dominik Mysterio could be fun - there are certainly options. Quote

I imagine the January 5th match has no finish when pretty much everyone from the War Games match runs in one at a time to hit their finishers, there’s plenty of ways they can go with it, though knowing this lot they’ll have Breakker fall from the turnbuckles like a knobhead as he did in NXT against Ciampa, Punk hits GTS and they nod at each other afterwards Quote
SoloJones Posted December 2, 2025 Posted December 2, 2025 Really enjoyed Gunther and Solo, it does drive me nuts though that they purposely remove the commercial breaks after the live stream. Doesn't matter when the time is filled with entrances or ad-hoc promos for the crowd, but when there's two breaks taken from a match, that can be like 8 minutes of match missing which really takes away from the flow and stops almost any TV match from being truly great. BarryOVega Posted December 2, 2025 Posted December 2, 2025 Knew I’d forgotten something, mind was absolutely blown that Liv Morgan is taller than Stephanie Vaquer, would’ve thought Vaquer was a good 4 inches taller than her but not according to that backstage bit Quote
The King of Old School Posted December 2, 2025 Author Posted December 2, 2025 I too think it will more than likely be a triple threat with Breaker, Punk & Rollins at Mania now they are doing the singles match next month. Next years Backlash will definitely be Seth & Punk vs The Bron's in one of the matches. Quote
Paid Members Callum1993 Posted December 2, 2025 Paid Members Posted December 2, 2025 Definitely the highlight of Raw. v15044gf0000d4n4qffog65pj802ikfg.mp4 Quote
Paid Members tiger_rick Posted December 3, 2025 Paid Members Posted December 3, 2025 Brilliant spot. Hideous looking show though. Feel bad for ever complaining that Raw essentially looked the same since 1997. 🤢 What's the tag team called? AJ Lee? Quote

I’ve expected Punk not to carry the Silver Medal into Rumble time since the moment he won it back, for the exact reason of him winning the Rumble to challenge Cody. If Rollins is fit for Mania, regardless of where the belt is or what Breakkers doing, I see nothing but (here I go again) Reigns vs Rollins to pay off what happened at 41. I’m probably going to regret how often I’ve predicted those two mains but damn, I want everyone to remember if it comes true. That said, I’d love to see Reigns challenge for the title that only exists because nobody could beat him in the first place. Quote

You jest, but they genuinely did a backstage skit on the night they won the belts where they tried to come up with a team name, Dragon Lee eventually suggested this and Styles just deadpanned "I think that one's already taken." Paid Members Supremo Posted December 4, 2025 Paid Members Posted December 4, 2025 (edited) Bron Breakker cut the WWE promo of the year on this show. Incredible. First time you could finally see it all coming together for him, with the Finish Line in sight. He hit that Steiner flow of sounding like the scariest, craziest jock alive, who’d kill you before he’d even decided he wanted to. Get this man a tiger! Hardly breaking news, but Seth Rollins is the worst of all time. He feuded with CM Punk for two years, was given the opening of Raw on a near weekly basis to cut a promo on Punk, and this rookie completely eclipsed him in about four minutes. The difference between a money promo and a fucking whopper droning on. In a business that’s as interesting trying to figure out what’s going on backstage as it is getting invested in the fiction onscreen, this was a home run for Punk just as much as it was for Breakker. I bet Punk’s campaigning hard to put Breakker over on January 5th. Crowd him as the new World Champion just in time to enter The Rumble and try and get involved in the Night 2 Main Event with The Big Boys. Probably whispering into Hunter’s ear, mid-hug. ”Triple Threats are good, aren’t they? Remember Wrestlemania 20? That was great. It’s what you do. Anyway, what about Punk vs. Roman vs. Cody? Then. Now. Forever?” Edited December 4, 2025 by Supremo Quote
BarryOVega Posted December 9, 2025 Posted December 9, 2025 LA Knight studying videos of pissed up women in town centres for when the referees were helping him backstage Good show for the women’s division, all their segments were good, Breakker’s promo was good again, he’d be so much bigger if he was on his own though, Reed and Heyman just drag him down Quote
OzExile Posted December 10, 2025 Posted December 10, 2025 Just seen a post reacting to Jey Uso being sat back down in the tag team division. And I have to say, I forgot that segment even happened despite watching it yesterday. Quote
