Tommaso Ciampa for being the standout heel and Ronda Rousey for just getting pro-wrestling as quickly as she has. Best women's wrestler - Charlotte, Ronda Rousey, Becky Lynch. Match of the Year The NXT North American Championship ladder match was absolutely insane. Bryan vs Styles at TLC and Charlotte vs Becky Lynch at Evolution I loved too. Best wrestling event – This year’s Royal Rumble was my favourite PPV by some distance. Takeover New Orleans is also up there. Best wrestling show – Andre’s documentary was great. I also really enjoyed the WWE24 Mania 33 episode and the Hardy’s resurrection WWE24. Best feud or angle Lynch / Charlotte / Rousey has been great, Nikki Cross’ involvement in the Who Attacked Black angle was brilliantly done. Moment of the Year checking Twitter and seeing Bryan had been cleared to wrestle gave me the biggest smile of the year. Elias and KO getting the kind of heat most dream of. Best babyface - Becky Lynch. Nicholas. Best heel - Tommaso Ciampa has this one sewn up, he’s just an utterly unlikeable bastard with no redeeming qualities at all. The Miz gets an honourable mention Funniest moment of the year Heath Slater at the Royal Rumble ending with him eliminating Sheamus was great. Kurt Angle’s line to KO and Zayn when refusing to sign them (‘My tag division is full, but I hear TNA are hiring’), and Titus, of course. Best tag team Sheamus and Cesaro, probably. I’m struggling to think of many more standouts, New Day and Usos have been taking a back seat this year, Bludgeon Brothers seem to be injured so much, Raw’s division has seen the Revival ignored and loads of singles guys thrown together.
