The whatabouttery is everywhere. Ian did a tweetX about Lesnar the other week and some turd jumped up asking him about Darby Alin.

If anyone replies to any of my WWE thoughts with a a question referring to “AEW” my answer will be “I don’t listen to hip-hop.”

It was terrible yes, but it also had Sabu puking up mid match and Bam Bam Bigelow shoot knocking out New Jack so it definitely had a few highlights.

It seems a bit odd to go for the Wrestlepalooza name now, considering it's firmly a very 90s choice, intended to appeal to GenX/grunge culture. But then again I am now an old man, and maybe I have missed a current nostalgia trend for that stuff. Might be time to bust out my "Sick, Sad World" jumper.

Lollapalooza is one of the biggest festivals still ongoing in the US. There's still some relevance in sticking wrestle-palooza together.

I imagine it was meant to be Drew v Jacob till the injury and they had to quickly cobble a decent match together.

Drew has lost far too many championship shots now - probably needs to win this one to maintain any credibility in that scene.

Seen a few places saying this will be on Netflix internationally not YouTube this time quoting the wwe app as the main source (neither has any placement in place yet on the sites saying upcoming to know for sure)

7ET is good for us meaning an 11pm start with the US clocks not going back until later that evening so should be done and dusted by 1am if they keep to the usual 2 hours even though it's only on peacock and not the main NBC channel.
