Minor PPVs that don't deserve a thread *Spoilers*

I’d like to see Cargill defend against Belair at Mania. After several months of thinking Io vs Rhea would reprise at Mania, I now think the most bang-for-your-buck would be Vaquer vs Ripley and one more round of Io vs Liv Morgan.

Plus, I hope they have the balls to move the belt from Punk to Breakker before New Year and have Mania be Breakker vs Reigns and Cody vs (Rumble winner) Punk, assuming Rollins really will miss it.

My ideal card looks something like ;

Cody vs Punk

Breakker vs Reigns

Vaquer vs Ripley

Cargill vs Belair

Dom vs Balor 

Io vs Morgan

Lynch vs Bayley (turned back face)

something decent for Styles (maybe Zayn)

Bliss vs Charlotte (seems inevitable, and I want Lexi on the card)

Tiffy vs Blake Monroe

since there’s no escaping he’ll be on the show, Lesnar vs Gunther

Yeah, I’ve listed 6 women’s singles matches for two nights that may not have more than 14 matches altogether. But it’s what I’d like, not a prediction. Oh, and since people like to add bollocks that definitely won’t happen, Cena vs Edge.

I think the biggest “problem” they have right now is who Dom loses to. Usually when you have a heel hold a belt so long you need a good babyface to beat them but Doms so good at being Dom that people love him. I think he’s going to end up cheated by another villain and/or betrayed by Balor.

Jey Uso putting in his worst performance since the Mania 40 match with Jimmy Uso. Looked like absolute shit. If this isn’t the end of his main event push I don’t know what will be. Punk’s washed, but at least he still has the brains for it. Jey’s a clueless oaf out there, sucking wind, wearing crap gear that suggests a massive sulk backstage. He should be forced to relinquish the, “Main Event,” moniker going forward. “Tag Team Opener,” Jey Uso.

A fine show. Nothing particularly wrong with it. But still mightily impressive that they can have two new champions crowned and it all still feels like a throwaway, filler, Battle of the Belts-style affair.

Best things on the show was the announcement of the Cena Tournament. Great package. Them announcing the tournament would, “include some people who don’t even work there,” sounded exciting, but it probably just means Joe Hendry or Jeff Hardy.

Gunther’s almost certainly winning it, but it’s crazy how uninspiring that currently feels.

I’d go with Dirty Dom. Imagine him giving it some, “you can’t see me,” with the shit-eating grin? Money.

Which is fine but if he is in it then surely he is winning the whole thing and facing Cena which would require him to have multiple matches and be around for a month or so

I took the "even people who don't work here" line to just mean they'll be 1 or 2 TNA guys in it on the NXT matches side of things as mentioned above Jeff Hardy and Joe Hendry would be 2 obvious ones.

Maybe this is my too literal ND brain, but I don't see the point of a knockout tournament here...especially if we do have non WWE people involved.

Surely it just means anyone exciting who turns up will lose a match to someone who ISN'T Cena...and that's that. Why (potentially) tease Edge, Jericho etc as the last opponent just to have someone beat them, doesn't that just leave a sour taste for whoever does end up facing him? 

A points system would have at least made it a bit interesting. 

As usual I could be completely wrong, but I'm not sold.
