Who'd even go to Saudi for it? I can't see it being logistically feasible.

They'd pay more for it than anyone else. Why would it need to be "logistically feasible"?

I meant actual fans. I can't see a casual going to boiling hot Saudi Arabia to sit in a stadium for 3 hours.

I can't see they'd care, if it came down to it.

Boxing aren't taking the biggest fights to Saudi for the quality atmosphere.

Is it harder travelling to Dubai from the US than it is London? If people want to go, they’ll go.

Why would a casual fly all the way to Saudi Arabia for a show they're not that arsed about?

Which is my point. Mania is filled with casuals.

I’m sorry, but that’s almost certainly nonsense. Wrestlemania tickets cost a fortune and people from all over the world jet in for it. If anything, the most hardcore of the hardcore make an effort to attend. There’s a reason the post-Wrestlemania episodes of Raw and Smackdown have the kind of crowd responses that they do.

And what exactly is a ‘casual fan’? It’s such a nebulous term that people use while rarely ever defining it. Like ‘internet fan’, it’s a term that’s entered the wrestling vocabulary and stayed there, when I’d question whether it has any relevance at all in 2024.

Yeah absolutely no casual fan is paying over $1000 for tickets in the nosebleeds, plus flights and accommodation. Saudi Wrestlemania would not be a popular choice, but financially WWE won’t care.
