Posted August 20, 2016 Share Posted August 20, 2016 (edited) According to a report on TMZ.com, the substance that triggered Eva Marie to violate the WWE Wellness Policy was Adderall, and Eva plans to appeal the punishment.  As part of the Wellness Policy, all talent are required to disclose any and all medication to WWE officials for company approval, and in Eva’s case she was not properly approved.  Eva issued the following statement regarding to violation:  “I am disappointed that this suspension has occurred, yet understand and respect that WWE upholds their Wellness Policy to the letter and won’t compromise on its integrity.”  She added, “I violated policy by not turning in portions of required paperwork in the time frame WWE Medical deemed timely. I look forward to my return!”  Someone at PW Torch also tweeted out their maybe more suspensions this week. Edited August 20, 2016 by TildeGuy~! Could that be because it's amphetamine-based? And that would probably be on the banned list? If so, then the staff should be fully aware who is and isn't using this stuff as if it's for a genuine health issue and not just roids etc, then those superstars could get in serious shit for a condition which they cannot control. I imagine it would be banned in sports. as i imagine there are other drugs they could use for their condition. In wrestling it sounds like something they can punnish some people but not others. they want to keep her from wrestling.
