The rules for the WWE Draft are as follows:

- Raw has the first overall pick

- Since SmackDown Live is a two-hour show and Raw is three hours, for every two picks SmackDown Live receives, Raw will receive three picks

- Tag teams count as one pick unless a Commissioner/General Manager specifically only wants one member of the team​

- Six draft picks will be made off the NXT roster​

Rollins, Cena, Reigns. Your turn Smackdown.

 

Doesn't seem like the best system. Would mean 6 of the top 8 picks would go to Raw, not exactly screaming parity between the brands.

 

It'd be six of the top ten, as SmackDown would have four picks to RAW's first six.

 

They could simply do the draft in groups of five; RAW, SmackDown, RAW, SmackDown, RAW.

They're not doing a secondary title for the women are they? 5 on each show seems a little short in numbers, unless they bring up a couple from NXT perhaps. 

 

Dosn't have to be a 5:5 Split tho does it

 

Whichever Brand has Charlotte and the Womens title on it (assuming the champion dosn't roam between the 2 shows) will likely get the majority of wiomen, something like a 7:3 split would seem right
