Paid Members Tommy! Posted December 27, 2017 Paid Members Posted December 27, 2017 From the ever enjoyable alan cheapshot on twitter. This really brightened up my day, Abdullah the Butcher doing a cannonball.
Paid Members Kaz Hayashi Posted December 27, 2017 Paid Members Posted December 27, 2017 And this is why we love you Tommy. That’s one of the best things I’ve seen this year.
Merzbow Posted December 30, 2017 Posted December 30, 2017 Sid cancelled at the last minute so EC3 and Gregory Iron decided to take the piss, they had a match involving a pair of scissors..
Paid Members Kaz Hayashi Posted December 31, 2017 Paid Members Posted December 31, 2017 Superb! Bret and Jim, having a laugh. Also, the Great Gama.. what a stud of a hoss.
Paid Members PunkStep Posted December 31, 2017 Paid Members Posted December 31, 2017 I love that pic of Gama, looks like a right proper grappler.
Rascall Flatts Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 What do you call that thing he's holding? A scepter?
Paid Members BigJag Posted January 1, 2018 Paid Members Posted January 1, 2018 It's called a Gada or probably better known in the west as a club. Can also fall under the term Mace. It was the preferred weapon of the Hindu god Hanuman. Who is revered by Indian wrestlers. They use smaller versions ,a Jori,as training weights. There's some videos of Iron Sheik using them about.
Guest Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 He's a former WWF Champion and winner of the WrestleMania X-Seven Gimmick Battle Royal.
NoUseforaUsername Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 The Great Gama looks like a traveller just after robbing something from a building site.
Sheffbag Posted January 2, 2018 Posted January 2, 2018 Gama looks like Bully Busick without the hat and cigar.
Paid Members Kaz Hayashi Posted January 10, 2018 Paid Members Posted January 10, 2018 Old wwf event flyers... I love these:
Merzbow Posted January 10, 2018 Posted January 10, 2018 Bret and The Anvil never fought on TV, did they?
thicko Posted January 10, 2018 Posted January 10, 2018 Not one on one, there was a tag match between Bret & Bulldog vs Anvil and Owen on Action Zone, the only time I recall them meeting on tv.
Paid Members tiger_rick Posted January 10, 2018 Paid Members Posted January 10, 2018 I'dhave loved to have lived in one of these towns that got a small WWF house show every month or two. Imagine the guys you'd have seen over the last 30 years. Even better would be one of the towns on the Memphis swing who WWF and WCW swung by or near often. Heaven.
