That’s almost forever in WWE years.  He's been employed by them for nearly 20 years with a few breaks. In wrestling that's pretty remarkable. I actually think he's under-rated. Probably because they run out of ideas for him so he goes on these bland runs where he puts people over. Then someone gets a brainwave and he's a monster again.  His work is almost always good, sometimes great.  The biggest compliment you can give him is in spite of these barren patches and brain waves no one ever calls bullshit if they decide to throw him into the main event or even title mix whenever they do get one of those brainwaves. He's got to be up there now with the Undertaker as enduring characters too, nearly twenty years as Kane in the same company, outstanding work.
