That report completely misses out something which the BBC mentioned but took more than 20 paragraphs to get to: the incest ban won't cover most of the "stepmum" genre. If both characters are presented as adults (and are adults), it only covers blood relations. For "stepparents, stepsiblings and foster parents" it only applies if one of them is portrayed as under 18.

Considering a large proportion of the people who watch bongo flicks will have a VPN I'd imagine the ban is pretty much meaningless.

I find the whole relative/step relative thing absolutely baffling, yet it's all over the jazz sites there's clearly a market for it when you've got dirty sods like Lister who absolutely love it.

Yeah, this ban will have absolutely no effect. No American porn studio or site is going to start changing its content policy because the UK's on one about porn again, and none of them are making 'proper' incest content anyway. Starting a VPN company is increasingly becoming a licence to print money.
