Mr_Danger
They were giving them out for free with copies of The Guardian. Â I'm a fan of Bad Santa but it's not something that needed a sequel. "You ain't gonna shit right for a week" still makes me chuckle though.

Paid Members Nick Soapdish Posted November 23, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted November 23, 2016 The Big Lebowski is the greatest film ever made. You are entitled to your opinion, yet you are wrong
Paid Members Lorne Malvo Posted November 23, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted November 23, 2016 It's not even in the Coens top 5. I'd probably put Hail, Caesar! above it too.
Paid Members Sergio Mendacious Posted November 23, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted November 23, 2016 I don't make it through Big Lebowski, and I'm not sure it's in the Cohen Bros top ten

Paid Members Lorne Malvo Posted November 23, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted November 23, 2016 (edited) Off the top of my head, Miller's Crossing, Fargo, No Country, Inside Llewyn Davis, O Brother and Raising Arizona are better. Not sure what order I'd put them in though! Edited November 23, 2016 by Lorne Malvo

Awards Moderator Onyx2 Posted November 23, 2016 Awards Moderator Share Posted November 23, 2016 I love me some Coens but Big Lebowski is so boring.

Paid Members Devon Malcolm Posted November 24, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted November 24, 2016 It's got Kelly's Heroes in it, you've lost this debate.
Moderators PowerButchi Posted November 24, 2016 Moderators Share Posted November 24, 2016 Miller's Crossing is better, but Big L is a solid second and a superduperfilm.
Moderators Chest Rockwell Posted November 24, 2016 Moderators Share Posted November 24, 2016 (edited) Big Lebowski is tremendous. The mere fact that Devon had to come out of hiding just to assert this fact should tell you how true it is. Â However, the version of just dropped in played in the film is not the best one. There's another recording (Still Kenny, of course) with some fantastic guitar noodling. Worth finding if you like the song. Paid Members Devon Malcolm Posted November 24, 2016 Paid Members Share Posted November 24, 2016 I mean, I agree with Butch because Miller's Crossing could be scientifically proven to be the greatest film of all time, but The Big Lebowski deserved its chart topping.
