WHAT IS THE CAPACITY OF GLOBE LIFE FIELD? It's currently set up for approx. 18,000 27,000 fans but can hold up to approx. 40,000. Currently, just over 15,000 25,500 tickets have been sold

WHAT TIME WILL IT START? 8pm in the UK! (It's airing earlier than usual in the USA to avoid clashing with WWE Saturday Night's Main Event)

Yeah that sounds shit and people will rightfully tear into them. Sounds like 5 star wrestling doing their arena tour with a few hundred at each show. Surely just hire an indoor arena?

Legit sales, promotions, comps it will cross 20k. 

Then the baseball capacity doesn't really play into things with staging, seats on the field and hiding things behind the hard cam. It depends on how they shoot it and if the roof is on. 

It's bad in the context of the drop-off from even last year's Wembley show. But i dont watch the Tokyo Dome shows at half capacity in a 50k baseball stadium and think that looks bad.

This was the absolute icing on the cake to my boy Hanger actually picking up the win I dreamed he would - the match graphic came up and said "3pm ET", my Alabama kick-off time maths kicked in and I punched the air for a second time in a matter of moments. 

I'm supposed to be on an all-day/night pub crawl for a mate's 40th that day but I'll have to make my excuses earlier than planned...

WWE have just announced an NXT PLE for the afternnon of July 12 before SNME

It's just pettiness at this point. Are WWE really going to draw that many people away from All In with an NXT show?

I doubt it, but if they can release that the number of viewers was higher than the PPV then that will be used as one upmanship I suppose.

Anyway I hope they move the location of All In to the inside of Triple H's head.

I am slightly confused.   I read that All In was moved to 3pm to avoid clashing with Saturday Night's Main Event, but SNME was only announced last week, but All In was announced to be at 3pm weeks ago.

Did they know there was going to be a SNME that night even though it hadn't been announced, or were they just working on the rumours (or inside information)?

EDIT - Done a bit more reading and apparently had inside info that WWE had planned a SMNE for that night, weeks before WWE announced it.  Makes sense.

(Guessing this SNME will be Goldberg's retirement match)

A show like All In shouldn't really be worried about losing any viewers to an NXT special.   If they do, then that's on them really.  If their fans are willing to abandom watching one of their biggest shows of the year that easily then that's a seperate problem.

This number of events its not purely about ppv buys. It's about drowning out AEW on social media and in the press. 

They're not just competing for ticket sales and eyeballs anymore, but sold shows to whomever is willing to pay. Arlington paid up for All In and this helps undermine the coverage. If there's a city with money to spend TKO wants that to go one way.

I'm expecting them to go over 18,000, their current highest attended show in the USA had just over 20,000 fans (first Grand Slam), they'll want to surpass that. I'm hoping for approx. 25,000 fans, not sure if that might be wishful thinking! I agree with both of you that it will look bad if they have too many empty seats on show but I think they can be clever with their camera work to hide some of it.
