Paid Members Statto Posted April 28, 2025 Paid Members Posted April 28, 2025 Jumped in on two tickets right at the very back as I was trying to do it whilst also holding a work meeting and the seemed to be vanishing pretty quick. I might try to do a bit of wheeler-dealing on the resale market as the event approaches to get something a bit better, if the card really speaks to me. Quote

The thing with the O2 is, there really isn't a bad seat in the house that isn't already labelled 'restricted view' (and there's not many in there). The only reason I don't go for the top tier is the steepness of the steps creeps me out, but the view is perfectly good up there. Quote

Hopefully Glasgow’s not all gone by then! Thanks to Supremo I am set for Glasgow. Two £65 tickets at the back of the second level, facing the entrance way - happy with that. Quote
abucalves Posted April 28, 2025 Posted April 28, 2025 so my 3 year old daughter backed out last minute so I got a seat by myself, all the way up near the top, but I saw on View From My Seat, someone uploaded a photo from a WWE show and it's actually a really good view, so I'm happy with that. Gutted I didn't go Wembley last year, as I wasn't as hot on AEW at the time, but fully back on board now Quote
TAFKA Jonny Vegas Posted April 28, 2025 Posted April 28, 2025 Fear for the sales of the Glasgow show...when I went in at 10am for VIP presale there were only 130 people in the queue and cheapest tickets were £99 each. I thought maybe 3rd tier cheaper ones may be about at 12 so I went in again...203 people in the queue and no cheaper tickets. I'll pick some up when they're 4 for £50 on Groupon the week of the show I think. Quote
Paid Members 2Xtreme_lives Posted April 28, 2025 Paid Members Posted April 28, 2025 There's a bit of dynamic pricing going on to i think, the 10am presale tier one were just over 180 and now they are 270ish. They really don't look like they've release a lot of tickets for either presale, mainly on the cam side so hoping on general release or through the day we see some more drop Quote
TAFKA Jonny Vegas Posted April 28, 2025 Posted April 28, 2025 Problem for them is that AEW doesn't have the name value in the UK to sell £400 floor seats to casuals nor £100 seats at the back. Glasgow is about a 7 hour drive or train each way from London so not many of their captive audience who are already in London for Forbidden Door are likely to mess about with a 14 hour round trip to see people they're going to see in a bigger and better setting 4 days later. Back in 2011 ish my brother and I went to see TNA in Birmingham - when I think back - the card was absolutely stacked. Even with being in the second city and in my opinion TNA and the names they had being a way bigger casual draw than AEW, it was half empty and we got bumped up from the back to try and clump the fans together and not have it look half empty. I have a feeling this will be very similar. Quote
Ironic Indie Lad Posted April 28, 2025 Posted April 28, 2025 £150-£400 for the best seats for Glasgow based on my quick scan. Not sure how well thats going to go down for a TV taping. We will see. I got two of the 200 level £65 seats for my brother and I. Quote
Paid Members Lorne Malvo Posted April 28, 2025 Paid Members Posted April 28, 2025 Dipped into my savings and got tickets for both Dynamite/Collision and Forbidden Door. Spent a bit more than I'd like but it's my only major treat to myself for the year so fuck it. Excited now! Quote

The Floor seats for both All In’s went from about £800+ ringside to about £120 to the back of the floor. I’m sure they will be fine. @westlondonmist helped with a code, but the prices were mad. Dynamic pricing was in full effect for 12pm. We’ll try again on Friday I think. Quote

It's a double TV taping, and given it's 4 days between shows I'm sure it will have some good matches. If sales are not great they will announce something good for it I'm sure. @Hannibal Scorch sorry to hear that. Hope general sale is a bit better. Quote
DarloKid Posted April 28, 2025 Posted April 28, 2025 how did tickets jump up from 87 to 187 within a hour on ticketmaster, we were waiting for a friend to get back to us and they just jumped up. That was top section. Same seems to have happen in the 100's section also Quote

d-d-d-dAz Posted April 28, 2025 Posted April 28, 2025 (edited) Picked up a ticket and a cheap hotel room for Glasgow. Sod it. In for a penny in for too many pounds. We can't go on holiday this year, so it's something isn't it. Edited April 28, 2025 by d-d-d-dAz Quote
