Have just seen Lio Rush in Wetherspoons in Cardiff. Living the high life these lads.

That's setting off my Jericho radar...

Maybe absence makes the heart grow stupid, but I’m at the point where I’d actually prefer to see Jericho end his career in AEW than WWE. I’d be shocked if that happened at this stage, though.

If we end up with the return of Cru taking up time in Manchester next week, I'm asking for my money back.

He’s working Attack! And Rev Pro in Cardiff this weekend so maybe he’s just here for those!

Can't remember where I heard/saw it but I had in my head that Lio Rush was residing over here now, at least for a bit? It does look like he's been working over here a good amount of late.

Good for you. Can get to fuck though. Couldn't give a shit that all the usual bad faith actors will be giving it loads, they are absolutely welcome to him.

Glad Babes of Wrath won the tag titles but this really should have been against a heel team. Because it was face vs face there wasn't that sense of catharsis it should have had. It felt more like the Marge Simpsons "I hope both teams have fun".

I completely disagree here. It was great thinking. Not only because Toni and Mina winning was a nice surprise last week when the heels winning seemed predictable but it them made this match feel more unpredictable.

Agree on Mina. She had better chemistry with Mariah May. They've shoehorned her and Toni together and it's doing nothing for Toni. She's better with a lacky.

Yeah, Lio Rush has been based in the UK for a few months. I expect he will pop up on the shows in some capacity given that he is around, but given there's a battle royal and a ROH taping, it's more likely he will end up in one of them rather than taking up serious TV time.

It’s not so much that, it’s that him leaving the way he did given his importance to the history of the company doesn’t feel right to me. Plus, he could probably come back as a babyface now and make some level of difference.

That said, I would probably end up regretting I said this mere weeks into his return. I have more negative things to say about the guy than positive.

As much as I'm interested to see how Jericho somehow pulls off hopefully another reinvention (because frustratingly you can never count him out), I'm not interested in him returning to AEW to form ANOTHER faction. Having him back and doing the honours for Hangman at All Out to mirror the way their story started, I'd have had that. Fuck all else unless it's bringing him back to have Big Bill boot his head off.

The best use of Chris Jericho before he fucks off back to WWE is no use of Chris Jericho before he fucks off back to WWE.

Don’t make me tap the sign.

I saw that Chris Jericho is now on cameo. I must admit I checked out how much it would cost to get him to say something funny about haunting Wetherspoons or his wife being a January 4th MAGA nutter, but it’s too rich for my blood.

However, I did crack the code~! See if you can spot the subtle hints of his future, based on how he is categorised on the cameo app! Someone call Meltzer! We’ve got a scoop! Royal Rumble return confirmed!
