Chili Posted January 25, 2025 Posted January 25, 2025 Given the state of the world, Leanne was the winner we deserved really. As if we'd get the cathartic pleasure of the entitled bully losing in 2025. Quote
Wideload90 Posted January 25, 2025 Posted January 25, 2025 The seer power ruined the final for me. Leanne is such a shit winner as she offered nothing. Charlotte did as well as she could... I'm not sure I'll bother next year. Quote
DavidB6937 Posted January 25, 2025 Posted January 25, 2025 Despite the changes and some of the worst casting decisions I still really loved the series. Charlotte really got into her role as a Traitor and that was fun to watch. Highlight has to be Freddie absolutely shitting the bed though. We've had so many confident Traitors that have been really good that it's fun to get someone absolutely fucking it up completely once in a while. The Seer thing I could take or leave. I didn't feel like it ruined stuff but didn't particularly add anything either. If they do keep it then yeah I'd agree earlier would be more interesting. To me the show lives up to its name and as a viewer you end up wanting them to win most of the time because they're just more fun to watch. Quote
Mr_Danger Posted January 25, 2025 Posted January 25, 2025 The show really needs a strong Traitor. Hopefully we don’t get two shit traitors and an ok one from the off next time. It wasn’t until Charlotte stepped up that it come to life. I still think fucking over Freddie was her downfall and had the seeds of doubt not been sown so strongly that day then Frankie might not have picked Charlotte. The Seer can get in the bin though as can Leanne. She’s deffo getting dog shit through her letterbox. Quote

Yeah I get it’s your opinion mate, but I very strongly disagree. It had its highlights sure, but it was nowhere near as good as the first two series. I think that comes down to the traitors that were picked and the ending. You're all being far too kind about Leanne. She’s a cunt. Horrible and rude to the end. Especially to Alexander. She could not get over that one disagreement. Also paranoid until the end. “Why won’t you look me in the eyes?” A nightmare woman. Gutted Alexander or Frankie didn’t win the money. Alexander is a great lad. Quote
DavidB6937 Posted January 26, 2025 Posted January 26, 2025 Time for Traitors US now to pass the time a bit. As a Survivor fan it's a good lineup for me plus there's a Bella. It's obviously mostly a retread of everything we just did but it'll do for now. Quote

I won't spoil it for you incase you haven't seen it yet but I've been greatly impressed by Rob so far. Clearly someone who knows how to play the game well. Quote

Clearly someone who knows how to play the game well. He’s been good so far, but some of the gameplay from the other Traitors has been insane. I really like Bob, but he’s not been brilliant, and his pal from the raft - whose name I forget (the female traitor without the tattoos) - has made some of the most horrendous plays I’ve seen in the history of the Traitors, not least - and you’ll know what I’m talking about if you’re far enough in - her plan to get someone in specific out. Liam O'Rourke Posted March 2, 2025 Posted March 2, 2025 US Traitors Season 3 may be my favourite season of the show ever. It's absolute fucking bedlam and drama all the way through, and the episode before the finale may have (not a spoiler since it hasn't aired, they did a cutoff finish before the reveal) the most spectacular yet satisfying balls up in the history of television gaming. I really hope what was implied happens, the weakest traitor has somehow survived far longer than she deserves, and her terrible plays, crackpot ideas and selfishness has turned her into a tremendous villain. And what a satisfying conclusion, if she gets her comeuppance in the way I think she might. Quote
TibBo Posted March 3, 2025 Posted March 3, 2025 I've got a feeling they have intentionally kept her in as it is so obvious she is a traitor? If they had banished her earlier, someone new would have been recruited to replace her, and they would be at more of a disadvantage. At least this way, there is someone they know 100% to eliminate at the final round, and she will probably give-away her fellow traitors at some point by trying to throw them under the bus. Quote

I think it’s unlikely - if she survived this elimination, it’s going to be almost impossible for the traitors to lose. They’ll likely murder the person most likely to call them out (the one who has clearly twigged that she’s a traitor) and then it’s plain sailing, as there’s one Faithful who wouldn’t vote for them even if they broke down and admitted to being a traitor. DavidB6937 Posted March 3, 2025 Posted March 3, 2025 Obvious as a viewer is a million miles away from being obvious as a player though. Rarely is there a blatantly obvious traitor who's slipped up massively and you can be 100% sure as a player to call them out as such. Most of the so called 'evidence' is basically nothing most of the time. Quote

It’s a flawed format in that there’s really no benefit to catching Traitors until the very end, given that they can be replaced. But in spite of that, it’s still a load of fun to watch, and genuinely gripping at times. Quote
