I don't mind the Salt Path grift as it reminds me of the old school grifters (yer Kayak Mans, yer Nick Leesons) rather than these horrible social media gremlins.

Yeah, I get what you mean, but I still hope it goes to shit for them for being sly as fuck charlatans.

I don't really follow internet characters as it's just far too much nonsense to get invested in, but there is a YouTube channel called Turkey Tom and he'll do like these hour long mini bios explaining some of these absolute headaches and I'll binge them with gusto. But I couldn't get into actively keep up with their content.

Because Tattle isn't blocked on my work computer, and I need something to pass the time while I'm on hold. 

I can't specifically remember what it was now, but shortly after I learned about them from this thread, there was another incident that made the regular news feed on Facebook, and I got sucked into the Tattle black hole that documented their social media career. I then got invited into a private Facebook group that logs a lot of the dodgy stuff they do before it gets deleted. They also cover griftersupreme Terry Bakes. 

I don't watch much TV these days, so I need a bit of excitement.

It was the jump from son committing suicide to them/him launching their OF that got me. There was like a month between the two things wasn’t there? Fair fucks if you wanna veer in to sex work but posting about the incredibly sad circumstances around her sons death, feuding with other shit tokkers, doing your holiday vlogs and still trying to sell shit air fryers from Aldi was a bit much all at once like.

I get bad 4chan/kiwi farms vibes from him. Just lets slag off people on the internet who may or may not deserve it. Some dodgy right wing stuff coming in videos too.

 

He probably fits in here himself due to how miserable all his videos are. With a ton of bias involved.

I mean I'm of the opinion that everyone in that genre is a cunt, and by proxy me for watching the highlights I suppose, of all those types of videos I've seen, his and J Aubrey's were the most tolerable, they also hardly appear on camera themselves which for some reason I find extremely annoying in those drama coverage gossip channels. My fiancée loves all this shit, it's her only vice. She's obsessed with any drama about that bonnie Amber Lynn lass.

There's something dodgy about all those "lolcow" chasing YouTubers, but I say that having watched multiple days worth of Chris Chan history vids... now they're a grifter but best not to fall down that rabbit hole.

Don't know if it's the same kind of thing as what you guys are talking about, but that Moist Critical fella who spends all his time making Youtube videos about other youtubers is an absolute bellend.

He once uploaded a video called 'I have no words' in which he waffled for 10 minutes which made for an amusing meme.

At the moment, you can't. It's locked down due to some legal shenanigans, but even before that, you needed an invite code from an existing member.

You'll lose at least 2 months of your life if you really go deep into the Chris Chan universe. I missed a birthday once.

I've been visiting for roughly two years, since I first learned about Right Guys in this thread, and it's always been invite only. 

If your membership is still active, see if it will let you invite me.
