I don’t think it will if they treat this as the secondary show.

Rampage was hyped up, then episode 2 gave us CM Punks return. And then it stopped being taped live and started to be  recorded post Dynamite. And then it would get moved because of sport on a Friday on TNT. I mean the other week it was shown at 15:30 on the west coast! And Friday is a shit night for TV shows in America (commonly known as the death slot in TV Circles.) if they record this live every week I think it will do better then rampage.

They tried that run of live Rampages at the end of last year and the attendances were rotten. They never put any extra effort into them.

Collision is going to need to be kept relevant to shift tickets. Punk's return and Owen Hart Cups for the first month or so for should give some structure at least. We'll have to see how long it lasts after that.

It was a ticket to a 1 hour live show and a bunch of dark matches for YouTube, hardly a big draw. Which is why they need to keep up the momentum

Punk's story post is....something isn't it?

He’s a fucking child. We all love a little wrestling drama, but him posting weird stories the day their network makes a big deal and gives them new tv is weird. For someone who ranted about “running a business”, he sure loves throwing a stick in the spokes when it’s not needed doesn’t he

Especially if his big thing is, He wants his mate back. The man bit someone.

The whole Punk and the outcasts show is funny, but it'll be good for some of those names because they feel like they've been lost in the shuffle in AEW for a while now, as well as pretty much the only names Punk can feud with at the moment 😆

Punk may not even be there. Madness.

At this point just fuck Punk off, it's not worth it. I haven't a clue what he's been saying this time and quite frankly, I can't be arsed to check, or interested enough to check. Regardless of which side is right and which one is wrong, there's no way this relationship carries on without something like this happening every couple of months.

Shake hands, part ways.

Wrestling is entertainment that is meant to be escapism. Punk is now the mate who can ruin a night out at a moments notice and it’s only that you’ve known him so long that makes you want to give him more chances. Honestly tired of his nonsense, can’t he just have nice things than always pick war mode. Such a prick

It is worth it. Hence why they're doing this.

This was all put in motion when they were on better terms, the last 24 hours has clearly changed that. Yes, Collision was all on the back of Punk, but they have now had to change advertising etc in a short space of time, remove Punk from the marketing at launch, which clearly would have been better and had more eyes on it with Punk on there. So yes, it was worth it, when Punk was the main star, but at present he isn't. Toys being thrown out ever 6 months isn't worth anything. If you can't put long term plans in because of fragile ego's, then it isn't worth it.
