Rich business man in being a cunt shocker, who would have thought?. Anyone who previously, until that comment, thought Nick Khan was a lovable Uncle that was there to make the product better and put old Vince down like Old Yeller, needs to pull their head out, he's out for himself, as is Vince and every other million/billionaire out there.

To be fair, I don't think anyone thought that - at least, not on here. It's more that he was a neutral, "grey" character who was seen as a bit ruthless, coming from the world of legit business, and now he's gone and outed himself as a cunt.

Nothing says totally innocent like paying out millions of dollars for something that happened 30+ years ago - -

Vince McMahon has agreed to a multimillion-dollar legal settlement with Rita Chatterton who accused him of raping her in 1986, according to people familiar with the agreement.

McMahon’s settlement with Rita Chatterton was completed last month.

When news broke at the end of last year about him returning the stories about Rita Chatterton and the massage parlor manager(?) came to light. Due in part to the law changes that were about to happening. After so long it was unlikely either one would be successful in a criminal prosecution. I figured he'd get the chequebook out to pay them to go away.

It’s quite refreshing in a weird way that the person assaulted is actually believed. Although I’m sure there are plenty of WWE fanboys giving it the old “He settled because he didn’t want the hassle” like Prince Andrew and Michael Jackson did.

Just think, WWF Magazine promised an article about “the truth” about Rita (among other scandals) at the end of a hatchet job they printed about Billy Graham in 93. Imagine spinning that one to Vince’s favour???

If, and that's sadly a massive 'if', any of it did go to court do we think Vince would a) Act like he did during Off The Record and become aggressive and confrontational because he's not used to people telling him what a shit he is or b) go a full hybrid of the steroid trial / Harvey Weinstein and come in with a walking frame trying to look frail?

The latter, then as he left the building he'd go for the Willy Wonka routine only to rip both quads, tumble down the steps and have a heart attack before reaching the bottom.

From what I've gleaned by interacting with a few clickbait-y sites, that asking price is around $2-3bn more than their current share value. Could this confirm a theory that Vince actually isn't after selling at all and has simply sought to return himself to the show?

You normally have to pay a bit above the stock market value to buy a whole company. If you're buying, say, 10% of shares it doesn't matter who you buy them from so nobody can charge you above the market rate. If you're trying to buy the whole company people can charge you extra because people know it's much better for you to get all 100% of the shares rather than just have a majority but still have to deal with other stockholders.
