I had a dealing with him just as he was starting out as a promoter the first time. 

We had agreed to talent share - he organised and booked the flights and I'd pay half. Fair dos. 
 

He then offers this talent out to other companies taking a cut and they don't put in for the flight, or additional travel. I'm also told that the talent has insisted on business class travel, yet when I spoke to them at our event they were In economy. 
 

He has always been a chancer and grifter since day one, no idea how or why people keep giving him shot after shot.

Absolutely, given his past history anyone who worked with him, or got involved with him financially this time round has only themselves to blame (with the possibly exception of US talent who might not have known his past).

What's saddest is... this is all so small-time.  Embezzled 5k here, owes 10k there.  It's hardly the heist of the century with him sitting on a beach in Acapulco earning 20%, is it?  Considering he's going to have bailiffs following him around for the rest of his life, it doesn't seem worth it.

Sure, but if there's a paper trail of money leaving the business and going into his personal account, that's money that belongs to the company and can be pursued for payment of creditors in the event of the company going bankrupt.  You can't just pay yourself all your income in dividends and then declare bankruptcy.

That’s gotta be it for the utter chode now surely? To fuck over people once was bad enough but to do it a second time, and steal money from it is next level. I know there probably isn’t but there has to be some way of taking his license to promote events away from him right?

From what I have heard he's still been chased by numerous people for the miniature arcade machine fiasco.

Also the bag of money that went missing at the 1PW "Farewell" show that was run with other promoters was told to go missing.

Read a bit of the 1PW book last night and amazing to see even people he screwed over still quoting his bullshit years later. Despite all having first hand experience of him being a liar.
