I can confirm, basketball jerseys do indeed class as vests.

I can’t pull off a vest; I’d be more Onslow than Bruce Willis.

This is from a few weeks ago just before the barbers reopened and a hat was essential when I’d go to the shops. Beard and hair now much shorter, so I look less burglary.
