Have to strongly disagree with that. Hendry has been used well in other companies in the past, and they’ve made good use of his parody song gimmick and wit. I can only go off what we see on WWE, never seen Joe Hendry anywhere else, and in my opinion he's an instant channel changer when he comes on the screen. I think he is dreadful too. Even if the allegations made were definitively proved false, I don’t understand why they persist with him as he consistently shows nothing. He’s never had a match that is better than mediocre, the crowd don’t seem to care about him, his promos are rubbish and he doesn’t have a particularly good look. You’re right to suggest you can never really count anyone out, but there’s a body of evidence with the guy to suggest it’s not unreasonable to do that in this case. Edited May 26 by RedTwoster Quote
NeverYield Posted May 26 Posted May 26 I too think Theory is very boring, there's just no direction with him and he's not particularly up to much on the mic or in the ring. I personally think he has a very good look, but I'm talking strictly physique here, with a bit of charisma, ring attire that isn't totally shit, and the ability to go a bit in the ring, he could potentially be a lot better. I'd say his physiques the only thing he's got going for him currently. Quote

Also, it's in impossibly bad faith to argue back that Theory is worst than Joe Hendry because he's an offscreen wrongun. I'm not sure Kingers was taking alleged noncery into consideration when deciding Joe Hendry was worst. Theory is just worst because he's a beta test CAW. A character the developer has made no changes to, but is just whizzing through career mode to test for bugs. He has literally nothing about him. Quote

Of course he wasn’t, and it was an aside the the points I was making as opposed to being a part of my argument. As I said, he’s incredibly bland - it’s just that the allegations make it all the more inexplicable as to why WWE would persist with him. He debuted on the main roster in 2020 - he’s been kicking about for six years, and he’s shown absolutely nothing during that time with no obvious signs of improvement. Quote

Remember how bad it was when Matt Hardy came back with the whole Delete thing. They had on screen graphics and everything. They just don't know how to book comedy.
