I have a customer called Dion Douglas.

I'm tempted to start replying with remarks like "Unfortunately, we've given your artwork a grade of L. For Low resolution."

Here’s the most random one of all time. I happened to have finished watching Randy Savage vs Ricky Steamboat yesterday morning as part of reviewing Mania 3, and I’ve written a little about Ricky’s use of “Sirius” by the Alan Parsons Project.

Later we were waiting to enter the building for our tour of the Wielicza salt mine and I went for a precautionary piss. Upon entering the toilets I was a bit surprised at how many Japanese tourists I suddenly noticed but thought nothing of it. When I got outside again, a few bars of a song were playing on the previously silent PA system. Suddenly I realized it was Sirius - what are the odds - and for reasons I didn’t even consciously understand, I started pissing myself laughing. The Old Age In-laws didn’t know why I was laughing and I didn’t even try to explain to Mrs raid either. Curiously after the one song, the music stopped, and didn’t play again for the half hour or so we had to queue. Nor was anything playing over the speakers around the site when we pottered around the souvenir shops and took a walk inside/around the graduation tower after our tour of the mine, which must have been a good hour.

Now…. I’m not saying the native staffer operating the PA system simply must be a long time wrestling fan. Or that the sight of many Japanese immediately made them think of Nip-descended Steamboat, and for their own amusement they played his mid-80s WWF entrance music. But… it’s a hell of a specific coincidence, isn’t it? Of course, walking around Krakow and being exposed to myriad further dragon images is going to keep me sniggering about this incident all week. Needless to say, I had the last laugh.

Double post disaster!… whenever I hear Chappell Roan sing Pink Pony Club and she mentions “down in West Hollywood” I think of Lenny & Lodi.

I was just watching a bit of Bourdain on YouTube. Came across his travels through Pittsburgh. He spends around 5min talking with Adam Cole and his dentist girlfriend. Bruno Sammartino also gets a mention.

Whether he was World Champion in WWE or AEW, it always fascinated me that Dean Ambrose/Jon Moxley was the same scummy CZW wrestler who’d made it all the way to the very top of the industry.

I was even more surprised this week when I realised the same Dean Ambrose/Jon Moxley had a starring role as, “Tar Man,” in the, “The Return of the Living Dead.” I’d recognise that silly walk anywhere!

You may think it's a silly walk but @Slapnut has just shat himself at this.

I know this one has turned up before but always fun.

My work isn't, well, working out, so I'm looking at freelancing rather than looking for more in-house. Told my partner "I'm thinking of going into business for myself" and she said she couldn't hear that without thinking of wrestling.

I picked up some paperwork to action today that’s itemised by division - I usually only see them for BHT, RDV and JFG because my kind-of manager picks them up, but he’s off.

Today among the pile there was one for DDT so all I can think about now is Jake and his sack.
