ClassicsGuy
I hope he writes a book. Â I do too. It's definitely the right time now. Hope he doesn't hold back either.
Paid Members air_raid Posted September 11, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted September 11, 2013 I hope he writes a book. Â That would be sensational. Ross has worked with every major name in US wrestling in the last 30 years. I'd love to hear his take on the JCP takeover of Watts' UWF, the Turner takeover, Bischoff's rise to prominence (nyuck nyuck nyuck), the myriad of major events, arrivals and departures during his time in the WWF/E, and what he really thinks of various guys in the industry, past and present, without passing through the WWE filter first. I bet he's got some amazing stories about Watts, Jim Herd, Cornette, Heyman, Vince, and of course various wrestlers.
Vamp
I don't think you would get what he really thought though.
Paid Members IANdrewDiceClay Posted September 11, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted September 11, 2013 (edited) Reading JRs twitter, I imagine the book will be vehicle to suck off those who humiliated him so they dont bully him anymore and to be generally a miserable cunt. He's an old worker looking out for himself. You dont get the truth from the likes of him. Same with Heyman and Bischoff and Vince and Hogan and Russo and Cornette. He was known as the biggest spin doctor in wrestling for years when he was in power. His handling of the Steve Austin situation in 2002 was embarrassing. I'd like to see someone stick Jim Ross in a bag and smash him off a wall. Edited September 11, 2013 by IANdrewDiceClay
Moderators Astro Hollywood Posted September 11, 2013 Moderators Share Posted September 11, 2013 I also hope he writes a book. And that Vince makes him come out at the start of Raw, holding the only copy of the manuscript, which he then has to eat, or shove up his arse, page by page, until he's finished. Moderators PowerButchi Posted September 11, 2013 Moderators Share Posted September 11, 2013 Vince, Kevin Dunn and friends probably used to make a tearful JR dress in drag and sing songs to them backstage like Vern Schillinger did to Beecher at a Variety Show. Kyle
I'm surprised they didn't post the video of Linda McMahon kicking him in the nuts on wwe.com when making the announcement.
Paid Members garynysmon Posted September 12, 2013 Paid Members Share Posted September 12, 2013 I'd have to imagine the chances of Ross going to TNA would be very slim, despite meeting with Dixie Carter in 2010. Shame as I think he would be a vast improvement on Tenay.
AshC
Its a shame for TNA that this has come at an difficult time for them, as Ross would be one of the best people they could possibly bring in.
