Shit for kids to play with, but don't look cool enough for anyone to want to collect and display. Or you can put that same stuff underneath the ring for no apparent reason. When I used to play with figures the plastic ring made a racket and I was always told to stop. It's a great idea if they've made it from a material that doesn't make the loudest bangs.
