Moderators Chest Rockwell Posted March 9, 2017 Moderators Share Posted March 9, 2017 I don't think so.. People are already bought into the character (apparently, for some reason, despite how terrible the Thor solo efforts are).
Paid Members ColinBollocks Posted March 9, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted March 9, 2017 This is far worse, though. I mean, look: He's went from an 11 to a 10.
Keith Houchen
Besides, everyone knows that the best Thor film is the one where he turned up in a Bixby Hulk film.

Keith Houchen
Exactly. Makes Helmsworth look like a metrosexual puny God.
Paid Members Scott Malbranque Posted March 9, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted March 9, 2017 Whenever I think of Thor, I think of this. And I always will forever more, regardless of the MCU or how gorgeous Hemsworth is:
Paid Members chokeout Posted March 9, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted March 9, 2017 Going from Thor to Kingpin in 30 years. I always wanted that Thor hat the kid is wearing. Can you buy them?
Moderators Chest Rockwell Posted March 11, 2017 Moderators Share Posted March 11, 2017 I saw Logan. Really enjoyed it, and Patrick Stewart was really on point. He did the serious and the comedy both brilliantly. One of my favourite performances from him in recent years, and definitely his best turn as Xavier. Stephen Merchant was good also. Paid Members BigJag Posted March 12, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted March 12, 2017 https://youtu.be/INLzqh7rZ-U New Wonder Woman trailer. I'm looking forward to this. Very impressed so far.
Guest
Cant watch YouTube on my retro iPad, but if that is same one that was shown before Logan, then loved it until the unnecessary joke at the end. Logan was really good, a superhero gran Torino.
Paid Members Bellenda Carlisle Posted March 12, 2017 Author Paid Members Share Posted March 12, 2017 Logan was really good, a superhero gran Torino. It was also a superhero Steptoe and Son. Wonder Woman looks great, I feel like they're holding a lot back as well, having said that now the next trailer will probably blow it's load showing everything like the last BvS trailer did. Merchant was just himself dressed like Uncle Fester. Logan as a movie was very good, but I'm hearing talk of the best Superhero film ever and that's bollocks. Best Wolverine film and one of the best X-Movies, but not even top 5 Marvel for me
Paid Members chokeout Posted March 12, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted March 12, 2017 It's a good film but it's not even the best Xmen film (X2), let alone the best comic book film. Serious doesn't always mean better.
Paid Members Bellenda Carlisle Posted March 19, 2017 Author Paid Members Share Posted March 19, 2017 (edited) The Tick has got an updated costume now it's been given a full series. The costume design on these is fucking horrible, I guess it's a slight improvement on the previous one but it's not good. I think Peter Serafinowicz' baggy dour old face is one of the bigger problems though. Still, I like Serafinowicz and I love the Tick so I'm glad it's getting a full series, I'm sure it will be really good.
