Because Neil suspended him. Suspended, mind; not banned, not force-fed him his own grandmother, not anything more than a simple suspension. Happ then emailed Neil to tell him what a cunt he is, wrote a bit of a complaint about him at the F4W board, and then had a message for him when cashing in his shout-out.
