Factotum
Quote Sharon Horgan is the sexiest woman on TV. Seconded. I'm not sure what the hell it is about her, but my word
Pier Six Brawler
Anybody else looking forward to season 4 of the Expanse? I think its been the best Sci-Fi series for decades. Big fan of the books as well, kudos for Jeff Bezos for stepping in and saving the show after SyFy cancelled it.
Paid Members LaGoosh Posted February 16, 2019 Paid Members Share Posted February 16, 2019 Absolutely. An incredible show and I can't wait to see where it goes next. I've just started the books too.
Pier Six Brawler
Apparently the 4th series is a real belter from what I have heard.
Mr_Danger
Talking of Sci-fi shows has anyone bothered with that George Martin Netflix one?
wordsfromlee
I really wanted to start watching The Expanse but it’s moved to Amazon Prime so I guess I won’t be.
Mr_Danger
Watched the last seven episodes of the fantatstic second series of Atlanta last night. Teddy Perkins was one of the best stand alone episodes of tv I've seen in a long time. Lakeith Stansfield plays Darius so well that he never just feels like a token stoner. The Fubu episode was like a season 3 episode of The Wire without the drugs. I've read there's a season 3 coming this year which is great considering the four main characters are getting plenty of film roles but if they end it after 3 I just want them to have Tracy show up on Curb Your Enthusiasm as Leo's long lost son and for them to have a father and son pool house/friends sofa based spin-off. Paid Members Cod Eye Posted February 17, 2019 Paid Members Share Posted February 17, 2019 We have just started True Blood from the beginning. It's one of those shows that passed us by while it was still running, so we are binge watching it now. Honestly don't know how I feel about it at the minute. We're 10 episodes in andI like the political views it lampoons and there is a few decent characters, but I'm still undecided on if I will watch the entire run, or throw in the towel.

It goes off the rails and I struggled with the 4th season of it and never actually bothered to watch it all.
Mr_Danger
It gets as bad as Heros towards the end. The only good thing about the latter series is extended Eric Northman screen time.
Moderators Chest Rockwell Posted February 18, 2019 Moderators Share Posted February 18, 2019 I never made it to the end either but I enjoyed what I watched of it even though it was really silly.

I genuinely envy anyone getting to experience it for the first time. Enjoy.  Am embarrassed it's took me till now to watch it, am loving it. I've watched 3 seasons in under 2 week, i've been proper binging ha! Tim Riggins has fast become my favourite character, he always tries to do the right thing but somehow ends up in trouble and he comes out with some funny shit at times. Paid Members PunkStep Posted March 4, 2019 Paid Members Share Posted March 4, 2019 Fleabag is back! Very good first episode, one of the strongest yet. Andrew Scott is in it now, and PWB is surely going to turn him from priesthood before long, if he even is a priest.
SuperBacon
I don’t think I’ve ever fancied someone as much as I fancy PWB. She is utterly fantastic. Loved the reaction to why the priest doesn’t talk to his brother.
